Why are the prices so low?

Our Sneakers are listed as ‘FS’ which stands for Factory Second, that means that they are literally made in the same factory, by the same people, and with the same materials as the ones bought in botiques but resold at a lower rate after not passing the control inspection. We only resell sneakers that fail the factory’s inspection for no-visible defects.

Where do we ship the shoes from?

The shoes are shipped from the country where the official manufacture takes place. The major factories are located in Asian countries.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary from 5 to 20 working days. The times indicated are from the orders that will arrive by 10.00 am, the following ones will start from the following day.

In case of remote shipping?

If the location is remote, the shipment may not respect the times indicated by us, in international shipments there are some geographical positions considered remote areas, therefore they do not have the possibility of express shipping offered by DHL but are entrusted to more couriers (Ems, ePacket, Poste Italiane …) which will be able to deliver in longer times.

Replacement & returns?

ShopndRun ™ strives to offer an excellent service to ensure an excellent customer experience, in case you want to replace or return the purchased product it is possible in case there are manufacturing defects visible on the product.

If the above problems occur, contact us and we would be happy to proceed with the refund and / or exchange of the goods in question. – Before requesting a return, make sure to send all the documentation (images, video ..) of the obvious problem.

– The customer can return the package to the shipping address indicated by the customer service and cover the cost of shipping.

How can I trace the package?

After each purchase, an email will be sent to you within five working days with the name of the courier and the respective tracking number.

Is it possible to receive the package faster?

It is not possible, all shoes are shipped with Standart mode by different couriers. Furthermore, we remind you that every shipment is international and without any additional cost.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
